Absa has partnered with Tshimong to establish the ReadytoWork program – a pan-African initiative aimed at equipping young South Africans with the skills needed to transition from the world of school to the world of work.

The first installment of the project was held at Randfontein High School through round robin stages, culminating in the grand finale. The winners received an opportunity to apply the lessons they learnt through a job shadowing opportunity at Absa.
